Lightroom post-processing
I shoot in raw format — RAW. And absolutely all my photos are post-processed in Lightroom.
The post-processing of a frame includes:
- cropping (cropping + rotation, alignment)
- color correction (correcting the color scheme of the photo)
- exposure correction (work with contrast, brightening and darkening of the original photo).
In addition, the photos are selected and sorted during this process. This means that after an hour-long shoot, you get a minimum of 150 only successful photos, in perfect quality.
Photo retouching
Natural retouching
Natural (natural) retouching is designed to correct skin color, clear up facial irregularities such as bags under the eyes, acne, age spots.
It can be used to whiten teeth in the photo, correct hairstyle, correct creases on clothes, etc
Glamorous (magazine, art) retouching
In addition to cleaning the photo, this type of retouching also includes correction of face and body shapes (plastic), if necessary, additional hair, eyelashes, makeup enhancement, removal of unnecessary objects, etc. In general, bringing the model’s appearance and the photo as a whole to a certain ideal. Most often such retouching is necessary for studio photos and large portraits
